We have paused all elective surgeries in the interest of public health

• All elective procedures were paused as of March 18th in Colorado and March 24th in Arizona
• Non-elective procedures are being performed in Arizona ASCs on an as needed basis
• A non-elective procedure is a procedure in which postponing for 30 days or more would have a negative impact on a patient’s health or wellbeing based on the physician’s medical judgment

• Strict scheduling guidelines are in place and all non-elective procedures require Triage Team approval prior to being scheduled
• All cases must still meet surgery center admission criteria

We have strict screening and cleaning protocols for our ASCs to ensure everyone’s safety

• All staff will wear masks in the ASC
• All patients will continue to be screened for COVID-19 symptoms during PAT and upon entry to the ASC; patients with symptoms or who do not meet the criteria will have their case canceled
• Visitors will not be allowed to join patients inside the surgery center unless meeting strict exception criteria
• Cleaning and handwashing protocols have been updated to increase frequency
