Banner Health, headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, is one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the United States. Operating 30 hospitals and three academic medical centers, Banner Health provides comprehensive services and specialized care across six states. Atlas and Banner Health formed a JV Partnership in 2019, and in 2022, Banner Health invested in Atlas, as a capital partner to develop an ASC network in Arizona, Colorado, and Wyoming. Atlas took over management for eight Banner Health ASCs in the Phoenix market that focused on a Multi-Specialty service line approach. As of 2025, we have expanded their ASC network to over 30 ASCs, including high value service lines such as Multi-Specialty, Orthopedic and Spine, Cardiovascular, Endoscopy, Ophthalmology, and Pain Management in Phoenix, Tucson and Northern Colorado.

Corewell Health, headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, emerged from the merger of Beaumont Health and Spectrum Health in 2022. Operating 21 hospitals, Corewell is the largest health system in Michigan with over 60,000 employees and over 12,000 affiliated physicians and providers. In 2022, Corewell invested in Atlas as a capital partner and formed a JV partnership to develop a network of ACSs in Michigan. As of 2025, Corewell Health has 8 operational or under development ASCs focusing on high value service lines such as Multi-Specialty, Orthopedic and Cardiovascular.
MedAxiom, an American College of Cardiology Company, is the cardiovascular community’s premier source for organizational performance solutions. MedAxiom is transforming cardiovascular care by combining the knowledge and power of hundreds of cardiovascular organization members, thousands of administrators, clinicians and revenue cycle experts, and dozens of industry partners. In 2022, Atlas and MedAxiom announced the formation of first-of-its-kind CV-focused ASC company, MedAtlasCV, focused on advancing cardiovascular care delivery in the ASC setting. By bridging relationships between service line leaders, hospital leaders and cardiologists, both employed and independent, we are setting the standard for quality, efficiency, and profitability of CV ASCs.
MultiCare is a nonprofit health system based in Tacoma, Washington with over 300 primary, urgent, pediatric and specialty care locations and 12 hospitals across the Pacific Northwest—making it one of the largest health systems in the region. MultiCare Health and Atlas formed a JV partnership in 2023, and in 2024, MultiCare Health invested in Atlas as a capital partner to develop a network of ASCs in the Pacific Northwest. As of 2025, MultiCare has 7 operational or under development ASCs focusing on high value service lines in the state of Washington.
ChristianaCare, based in Wilmington, Delaware, is a nonprofit health system and leading provider in the region with three hospitals and a variety of outpatient facilities and locations throughout northern Delaware and the surrounding area. ChristianaCare and Atlas formed a JV partnership in 2024 to develop a network of ASCs in the Mid-Atlantic. As of 2025, ChristianaCare has 5 operational or under development ASCs focusing on high value service lines in the southeastern Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey.
Prisma Health, a nonprofit health system based in South Carolina, is the largest health system in the state and a trusted leader in delivering high quality, affordable care in the region with 13 acute care hospitals and six specialty hospitals. In 2025, Prisma Health and Atlas formed a JV partnership to develop a network of ASCs in South Carolina and Tennessee. Our newest JV partnership, Prisma Health has 3 operational or under development ASCs focusing on high value service lines in South Carolina.
